My name is Joseph Tan. I’m an Associate Division Director with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd. I’m CEHA certified under the Institute of Estate Agents. This means I am fully qualified to assist you in any real estate needs.

I started on this path in 2004, and never looked back. After graduating from Nanyang Technological University with an Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree, I cut my teeth with the Singapore Air Force for seven years as an instructor. I’m proud that I self-financed my university education by giving tuition, teaching primary and secondary students.

Ultimately, I found my calling in property. I’m deeply passionate about real estate, and being a property agentallows me to do what I love and what I’m good at. 

My experience as an instructor and educator taught me to listen to other people’s needs and requirements, and gainfully engage with them. To me – this is an important part of being a real estate agent. I have to be a good listener and analyst. I’ll take time to understand your property needs and wants and offer you choices that address them.
